Columbia Development Company, LLC (CDC) located in Rockwall, Texas has been developing land and communities in Rockwall for more than 16 years. CDC is actively involved in the community and brings a unique view of growth and quality in the expansion of Rockwall. CDC accumulated more than 200 acres in various tracts and zoning on the east side of downtown Rockwall over several years.  CDC has since developed and/or sold many of the properties and currently retains about 60 acres for future sales and development.
