CDC under Bill’s direction purchased and successfully rezoned property in the 18-acre Columbia Park commercial tract at John King and Airport. Much of this land has been sold and as a result has an entertainment business, a challenged child’s care facility and a church all currently in use. A 1.8-acre prime corner remains and is for sale. This is particularly suitable and zoned for a convenience store with gas pumps.
