Another large tract CDC prepared for quality residential use and sale is called Park Hills. An approximate 145 home subdivision, Park Hills was laid out for multiple sized lots, street parks, open space and view great view corridors. This plan was used to promote the sale of the property and the final plan is considerate of some of the design from CDC. It will be an outstanding residential area as good planning leads to great neighborhoods.
