Bill Bricker, has been President of Columbia Development Company, LLC since the inception of the company. He served Rockwall as a Planning and Zoning board member with more than two years as the Chairman. He has been active in community organizations and charities and has lived in Rockwall for 40 years where he raised his family. Bill has been President of several US based manufacturing companies and is still President of his own real estate management company.
Columbia Development Company, LLC has worked with third party companies and individuals since the start of business.
All engineering is performed by or under the guidance of Tomden Engineering of Dallas. Tom Jones is the owner and has worked directly on all of our CDC projects.
All of the legal work, land transactions, closings and title policies are done by Kane Title and Kane PLC of Plano. David Kane, the owner has personally worked with CDC on every project. CDC, utilizing this team is capable of all types of real estate transactions, designs and builds.
