CDC created Park Place which is a 52+ acre Neo-Traditional subdivision with 165 lots and all custom homes. Park Place lots were sold out in 2023 after having been constructed and completed well within all projections. Careful research resulted in Park Place including several unique features which CDC obtained permission to incorporate from the City of Rockwall. Park Place set a new standard with street trees, unique and uniform mailboxes, custom signs and streetlights, 9+ acres of parks, family friendly streets with no overnight parking, and trails through the parks leading to the first pedestrian tunnel that accesses the community center and pool. These special considerations all added to the charm of the subdivision. Custom homes were designed one by one to owner’s desires and Park Place guidelines ensuring an unsurpassed street view from any location.
