    CDC created Park Place which is a 52+ acre Neo-Traditional subdivision with 165 lots and all custom homes. Park Place lots were sold out in 2023 after having been constructed and completed well within all projections.     Another large tract CDC prepared for quality residential use and sale is called Park Hills. An approximate 145 home subdivision, Park Hills was laid out for multiple sized lots, street parks, open space and view great view corridors.   • Columbia Park at Airport & John King Blvd.
    CDC under Bill’s direction purchased and successfully rezoned property in the 18-acre Columbia Park commercial tract at John King and Airport. Much of this land has been sold and as a result has an entertainment business, a challenged child’s care facility and a church all currently in use.
